| Ms. Sophia Parker is the CEO and founder of DSFederal, Inc. She oversees all operations at DSFederal, bringing close to two decades-worth of experiences as a CPA and over ten years of experience as a consultant overseeing complex Federal IT and financial projects.
A former State Department employee with international experience in the U.S., Taiwan, Russia and Pakistan, Sophia considers her interpersonal communication skills and emphasis on understanding customer’s needs as key success factors in her career. |
Alice Hwang – Marketing Manager and Managing Partner of DSAIS
| Ms. Alice Hwang is the founder of Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL) International, Inc. (incorporated in 1989). As the CEO and CFO, she provides executive leadership in the overall management and direction of the company.
Ms. Hwang graduated from Purdue University with a Masters degree in Public Policy and Public Administration. She has spent more than 20 years in infrastructure management, contract and accounting regulations and compliance, finance and budgeting, and project management. Her extensive knowledge in government contracting includes contract compliance review during negotiations, procurement system compliance, subcontract management, and project performance management systems. Due in part to Ms. Hwang’s exemplary leadership, ATL was honored by the Department of Energy as the “Woman-owned Small Business of the Year” in 2010. |
